“I joined Remant Cool in January 2011 when the company was created. Initially as a forwarder, then I became a Team Leader and now I’m an Operations Manager. At Remant Cool, our decisions always take the interests of our customers and our team into account. The coronavirus pandemic meant that we had to do things differently. I had to train our new colleague Michaël, for example. We stuck to the rules of social distancing, organising the training in a meeting room, with a large screen, instead of both sitting at the same computer. We were able to organise ourselves very efficiently as a team, which allowed us to offer our customers the same good level of service that they expect from us.”
